Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager in directing daily warehouse activities in our Columbia, SC area. You will help oversee staffing, operations, assets, safety and budgeting while maintaining a strong customer service focus.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months in a warehouse role, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 6 months warehouse experience and ability to operate basics.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR as per policy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse activities.
• Coordinate operations, staffing, and asset management.
• Ensure safety compliance and records are maintained.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Deliver orders or manage returns in safe, efficient manner.
