Job summary

Worldpac Canada Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse operations in Sterling, VA.

The role emphasizes learning all branch functions, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with management to maintain smooth order flow and inventory control. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in a warehouse setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri with some Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic math and detailed-oriented with good time management.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently and have a valid Driver's license with clean MVR.
• Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations Manager in leading daily warehouse operations.
• Learn and support all branch management functions including operations, staffing, assets, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and mentor team members.
• Maintain a customer-service mindset and coordinate with management to ensure orders, inventory, and records are accurate.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
