Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in customer service, sales, community service, military, or leadership role.
• 3+ years’ experience in a lead role within a financial institution.

• Ensure day-to-day branch operations deliver unbelievable service and meet profitability goals.
• Coach staff to adhere to VyStar’s Standards of Excellence and service commitments.
• Model VyStar Excellence behaviors in daily duties.
• Develop staff for succession within the branch network.
• Lead recruitment and training to ensure a positive employee experience.
