Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President in Georgia to lead and develop branch staff, drive member service excellence, and ensure operational excellence. You will implement branch strategies, coach teams, and partner with HR for recruiting and training while maintaining strong member relationships.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and community engagement within a fast-paced credit union environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role is required.
• 3+ years of lead role experience within a financial institution is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to achieve service and profitability goals.
• Coach and develop staff to meet VyStar’s Standards of Excellence and customer commitments.
• Lead branch strategy development and annual business planning.
• Partner with HR to recruit and train staff and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement risk management practices.
