Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations and teller functions.
• Maintain policy adherence and security procedures.
• Inform team of policy changes and collaborate with Branch Operations Support.
• Proactively solve operational issues as they arise.
• Ensure safety and security for employees and customers.
• Lead by example by assisting customers in lobby or drive-thru.
• Promote exceptional service and refer cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle customer concerns including online banking and cards.
