You will lead staff, enforce policies, and maintain security while delivering best-in-class service. The role requires reliable, proactive teamwork and the ability to handle high-volume cash handling and customer inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous teller experience required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• Travel between branches may be necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently run all branch operational procedures and practices.
• Keep the branch team informed of policy and procedure changes pertaining to teller operations.
• Take a proactive approach to solving operational issues.
• Ensure security procedures are established and followed for staff and customer safety.
• Lead by example by assisting customers in lobby or drive-up.
• Ensure team complies with bank and regulatory policies to maintain security and prevent losses.
• Promote exceptional service to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns including online banking, debit card and statements.
