• Travel between branches may be necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch transactions and maintain operational soundness.
• Motivate staff and delegate teller duties efficiently.
• Communicate policy changes and coordinate with Branch Operations Support.
• Resolve customer concerns and promote cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure security procedures and regulatory compliance are followed.
