Wintrust Wisconsin is seeking a Teller Services Coordinator to supervise branch functions and ensure accurate processing of customer transactions. You will lead staff, uphold security and policy standards, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced community banking environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate operations across shifts while maintaining a client-focused approach and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have prior teller experience.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Travel between branches may be necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all branch functions related to processing customer transactions and maintain operational soundness.
• Communicate policy and procedure changes pertaining to teller operations to branch team.
• Proactively address and solve operational issues within the branch.
• Ensure security procedures are established and followed for employee and customer safety.
• Lead by example by assisting customers in the lobby or drive-thru when needed.
• Ensure adherence to bank and regulatory policies to prevent losses and maintain security.
• Promote exceptional service to achieve best-in-class customer experiences.
• Address customer concerns including online banking, debit cards, statements, etc.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank staff.
• Participate in community events as needed.
