Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Balance cash drawer with accuracy and balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed and keep daily/monthly reports.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations; handle card advances with approval.
• Answer phone, file paperwork, scan documents, and perform clerical duties.
• May begin training in other areas of branch operations as needed.
