Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver differentiated experiences by understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management; greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Resolve escalated account service issues and log all customer complaints.
• Transition identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM and wire transfers.
• Process customer/account maintenance tasks.
• Perform AML/KYC related activities and comply with risk controls.
