Greater Texas Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily branch operations and mentor Branch Associates and Tellers. You will partner with the Branch Manager to hire, coach, and engage the team, while upholding our mission, values, and member focus.

You will manage scheduling, coaching, and workflows, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-tier member experiences. A passion for people and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of credit union or banking experience in a branch operations role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and lead Branch Associates and Tellers to achieve branch goals.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to attract, hire, coach, and engage team members.
• Serve as a culture agent, reinforcing our mission, vision, and core values.
• Coordinate scheduling, time-off requests, performance coaching, and daily workflow.
• Assist team members in resolving complex member issues.
