Responsibilities

• Primary manager on duty in the absence of a branch manager.
• Lead and develop branch staff to provide excellent service to members.
• Monitor products and sales to ensure profitable and sound business practice and high service quality.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching/counseling as needed.
• Ensure branch security, audit compliance, and adherence to federal laws.
• Schedule staff to ensure efficient branch operation and use traffic reports for planning.
• Review and sign documents; maintain quality control and accountability.
• Assist staff with resolving complex member issues.
• Assist in budgeting supervision for the branch.
• Remain compliant with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.
