Qualifications

• Three years of teller and/or member/customer service experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a retail branch environment, including cross-selling and cash handling.
• Must have knowledge of ATMs and various office equipment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to develop sales culture and track growth goals.
• Coordinate scheduling for Teller/FSR training programs and identify training needs.
• Oversee and approve expenditures in line with branch budgets.
• Assist with SEG business maintenance and development.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings for training and information sharing.
• Complete monthly staffing schedule and branch reports.
• Monitor teller and member service performance for policy adherence.
• Assist members and serve as technical resource for FSRs and Tellers.
• Review loan applications and insurance/gap sales reports.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
