Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of teller and/or member/customer service experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a retail branch environment.
• Knowledge of ATMs and office equipment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in developing sales culture and achieving goals.
• Coordinate teller/FSR training and staffing schedules.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Review loan applications and daily transactions; assist members.
