Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Networking within communities to attract new business and build strong relationships.
• One (1) year leadership experience or equivalent leadership training.
• Customer service experience
• Must be bondable
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
• Strong operational and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and implement strategies that drive branch performance and efficiency
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence, resolve member concerns, collaborate across teams, and represent the organization effectively within the community
• Adaptability and innovative thinking, with the ability to lead teams through change and navigate evolving business needs with resilience
• Technical proficiency and business acumen in using digital tools and financial services knowledge to support operations and member solutions
