Qualifications

• A.A.S. degree or equivalent; specialized banking education/training
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise branch staff and operations, including overrides, reconciliations, and reporting
• Support growth, sales, and profitability objectives for the office
• Solicit new business and maintain relationships to drive cross-selling
• Monitor sales and customer service performance and provide feedback
• Maintain knowledge of consumer product features to meet customer needs
• Lead staff meetings and manage performance and training
• Open/maintain deposit accounts; may make loans with oversight
• Travel to other branches as needed to support staffing
