Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.
• Networking within communities to attract new business and build relationships.
• One year leadership experience or equivalent leadership training.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be bondable.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members with clear expectations and feedback.
• Strong operational and analytical capabilities to monitor KPIs and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with the community.
• Adaptability and innovative thinking to lead through change.
• Technical proficiency and business sense to apply financial services knowledge.
