• Establish growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office and monitor performance.
• Solicit new business from current and prospective customers and maintain relationships for cross-selling.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback with management.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls.
