Job summary

Royal Credit Union in Whitehall, WI is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead the branch team, coach staff, and ensure outstanding member service.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop talent, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and strengthen community relationships to drive growth.

This salaried, exempt role requires leadership experience and a service mindset, with scheduled weekday hours and occasional weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do:

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the branch team, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and continuous performance improvement. This includes recruiting and developing talent, overseeing daily workflows, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, addressing member needs, monitoring performance metrics, driving change initiatives, and fostering community relationships for business growth.

Our Commitment To You:

• Compensation: $65,582 - $75,420 annually (candidates with significant related experience may be higher).

What’s Needed For This Position:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field
• Networking within communities to attract new business and build strong relationships.
• One (1) year leadership experience or equivalent leadership training.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members by setting clear expectations, providing consistent feedback, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing and engaged team environment
• Strong operational and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and implement strategies that drive branch performance and efficiency
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence, resolve member concerns, collaborate across teams, and represent the organization effectively within the community
• Adaptability and innovative thinking, with the ability to lead teams through change, encourage continuous improvement, and navigate evolving business needs with resilience and confidence
• Technical proficiency and business acumen, including the ability to quickly learn new technologies, utilize digital tools, and apply financial services knowledge to support operations and member solutions

We’d Love To See:

• One (1) year experience working in financial services (transaction processing, new accounts, loans..etc)

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekends from 8:30am to 12:00pm, as needed. This is a salaried, exempt-level position.

Training:

• Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out-of-town learners may be eligible for reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses, subject to Royal's travel and expense reimbursement guidelines.
