Auto Club Enterprises in Kentucky seeks a Branch Specialist 4 to greet members by phone and in person, assess service needs, perform DMV license transactions where allowed, and provide notary services while upholding AAA standards.

You will assist with branch operations, promote AAA memberships, balance cash, process deposits, and mentor junior teammates as part of a busy, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• GED or diploma required with 4–6 years in related roles.
• Proficient in DMV licensing systems and state procedures.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Notary license within 1 year and ongoing certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and assess service needs.
• Provide requested services or direct to appropriate area.
• Perform notary and DMV license transactions as allowed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily branch operations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships and related products.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.
• Mentor junior staff and support scheduling.
