Qualifications

• High School GED required; 4–6 years Branch Specialist 2/3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly on daily tasks.
• Notary license as required; Notary Public certification preferred within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person; determine service needs.
• Provide requested services or route to appropriate area; handle registrations where applicable.
• Assist with notary and DMV license transactions as available; process insurance, travel and membership transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits; assist with reports.
• Mentor junior staff; support timekeeping and scheduling.
