Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, process DMV-related registrations, and assist with travel bookings and memberships. The role involves handling payments, notary duties, and promoting services to members, with a focus on quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with trips, maps, reservations, and merchandise, while maintaining accurate cash handling and adhering to procedures across DMV and club processes.

Qualifications

• High School GED Required.
• 1-3 years Branch Specialist 1 and/or 2 or related experience Required.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments daily.
• Prior experience using State DMV licensing system.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred.

Responsibilities

• In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.
• Prepares TripTiks; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
• Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
• Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.); offers automatic renewal feature.
• Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal.
• Issues passport photos and IDP’s.
• Processes Travel Money product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits.
• Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service.
