Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Branch Specialist 4 EC to greet members, determine service needs, and provide or direct services. The role includes DMV transactions, notary tasks, and travel-related assistance.

Responsibilities cover membership sales, payments, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities, with emphasis on high-quality customer service per QA standards, and support for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years Branch Specialist 2/3 or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in DMV licensing system.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Notary license required or obtained within 1 year; Notary Public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and determine service needs; provide or direct services.
• Perform DMV registration services where applicable; prepare TripTiks and travel materials.
• Assist with hotel/car reservations and travel arrangements; promote AAA memberships.
• Process payments, upgrades, and automatic renewals; handle insurance payments.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits; assist with reports and scheduling.
• Provide notary services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
