Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3-5 years of prior functional experience required.
• 1-3 years of prior management experience (i.e. management or lead role) required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises department staff, ensuring Members receive prompt, accurate, high quality services.
• Resolves Member issues and account problems.
• Ensures MSRs deliver high quality service by providing daily support, including answering questions and problem resolution.
• Ensures MSRs have adequate supplies to complete their daily function.
• Manages staffing to meet department goals and handles high-volume workflows.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
