Qualifications

• 2 years of college experience or 3 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma.
• Strong cash handling background with 2 years teller experience.
• Excellent human relations and organizational skills.
• Supervisory ability; demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures in the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to lead and oversee people and activities.
• Professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Schedule MSRs and ensure area is properly staffed at all times. Promote quality member service.
• Assist members as necessary, serving as an FSR or MSR. Set up assigned cash drawer to provide coverage during lunches and peak periods.
• Participate in the hiring, training, coaching, supervision and performance evaluations of MSRs; assist with planning branch huddles and meetings; promote morale and teamwork.
• Maintain branch cash control and perform cash counts and audits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance of CTR and Bank Secrecy Act; approve checks over MSR limits with sound risk judgment.
• Coach and develop MSRs for campaigns, education, and performance goals.
• Assist with AML/BSA compliance training and refer suspicious activity to Compliance.
