Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 years of prior management experience (i.e. management or lead role) required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises department staff, ensuring that Members receive prompt, accurate, high quality services.
• Resolves Member issues and account problems and provides daily support to MSRs.
• Manages staffing via planning and scheduling to meet department goals.
• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services and assesses Members' needs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and SOPs are followed; may act as Manager in their absence.
