Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills; strong math and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle service requests in a timely manner.
• Complete and file regulatory reports as required.
• Maintain accurate cash/negotiable instruments and balance at end of day.
• Cross-sell products and services to members.
