Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college; or a High School graduate plus six (6) months experience in a financial institution.
• A high school degree or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Process member account transactions and servicing tasks including transfers, payments, stop payments, and adjustments.
• Assist members with digital banking services such as mobile check deposits, online banking, bill pay, ACH, Zelle, and mobile wallets.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and educate on electronic services.
• Respond to emails, calls, and chats; own member issues to ensure resolution.
