Job summary

1 st MidAmerica is seeking a Branch Services Assistant to support members with account maintenance and deceased accounts at our branch network in Illinois. You will handle data entry, document verification, posting payments, and delivering excellent service.

This role requires a high school diploma, clerical experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license for travel between locations. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available.
• Clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle independently.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and works standard reports.
• Verifies all documents within the imaging system are complete and accurate.
• Assist with staff or member requests for deceased accounts, IRA’s and other account maintenance.
• Post incoming mail payments timely and accurately.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
