Job summary

1st MidAmerica in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to direct and coordinate branch activities and support the Branch Manager in meeting goals. This role requires leadership to drive performance and ensure service excellence in a full-service branch.

You will lead staff, build member relationships, and uphold policy compliance while promoting community presence and growth across our locations in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
