The role focuses on leading staff, developing members and relationships, delivering exceptional member service, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The position requires supervisory and customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
