Job summary

1st MidAmerica is seeking a Branch Services Manager to oversee the management of the credit union imaging system, door access system, and alarm security for all branch locations.

The role focuses on maintaining a motivated staff, participating in hiring, and ensuring proper security and imaging system management across branches, with travel as determined by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
