Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7, 9, 10, 66 or 63/65 licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, resolve complex needs and escalate as necessary.
• Experience in supervisory roles and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with focus on consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Identify and promote firm services and digital offerings for clients.
• Provide training as Learning Partner for new hires.
• Oversee service transaction approvals and process compliance.
• Facilitate audits and audit readiness in partnership with various stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to ensure policy updates and improvements.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with special projects and onboarding support.
