Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents with quality reviews, scanning and electronic filing.
• Oversee and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including time stamping and routing.
• Perform basic money movement tasks—deposits, issuing checks, cash and securities approvals.
• Assist with processing of trade adjustments and respond to operational alerts.
• Execute actionable items from delegated reports to meet service levels promptly.
• Support audit readiness through ongoing monitoring for compliance with firm policies.
• Supervise duties if licenses permit.
• Assist with special projects like onboarding support.
• Promote digital services such as Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Participate in training calls and keep up with policy and platform changes.
• Provide branch admin support and act as a resource to Sales, Risk and Home Office partners.
• Organize progress against remediation projects.
