Rentokil North America’s Terminix branch is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate pest technician teams, ensuring service delivery meets our standards for residential customers.

You will oversee scheduling, safety, regulatory compliance, and training, while building strong relationships with customers and employees. A degree and a valid driver's license are required, with relocation encouraged; growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
• Having 1-2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable
• You are able to effectively lead and motivate others
• You have strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
• You are good at problem solving and coming up with practical solutions
• You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees
• You are detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
• You have a good aptitude for basic/intermediate math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellations
• Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams
