Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams at our branches. You will oversee daily routes, scheduling, safety, and customer satisfaction while guiding training and performance in a dynamic environment.

Required are an associate degree, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills. Relocation flexibility is highly valued as part of joining the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellations.
• Evaluate Pest Technician performance and provide feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
