Rentokil Terminix seeks a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician teams across branches, ensuring high-quality service delivery to residential customers.

You will monitor routes, ensure safety standards, respond to customer concerns, and coach technicians to improve performance while managing inventory and training initiatives. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a willingness to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving with practical solutions.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Attention to safety and detail in all tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Pest Technician teams at local Terminix branches.
• Oversee scheduling, route completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Address customer concerns and resolve cancellations.
• Evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance and provide feedback.
• Monitor inventory of pest control products and reorder as needed.
• Coordinate ongoing training for sales and service teams.
