Qualifications

• An associate’s degree (A four year degree is highly desirable).
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Having 1-2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
