• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) within 12 months or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations including onboarding, training and motivating branch staff.
• Ensure communication of policy and procedural changes impacting branch employees.
• Onboard new accounts and record securities, ensuring accurate transmission to Complex main office and Minneapolis.
• Oversee cage activities to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and facilitate transfers, trades, and ACHs.
