Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
5+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of industry rules.
Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and Series 9/10 (or 8) registrations.
Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding, training and motivation.
Communicate policy and procedural changes affecting staff performance.
Onboard new accounts, record securities accurately and transmit to main office promptly.
Ensure branch cage security and restrict access.
Build relationships with clients, facilitate transfers and trades, process payments.
