Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Westlake, OH is seeking a Branch Service Manager (BSM) to lead branch operations and serve as a liaison between the Complex management team and branch staff. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) or the ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding, training, and supervising staff; escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate policy and procedural changes to staff.
• Onboard new accounts, record securities, and transmit to proper offices following RBC procedures.
• Oversee cage activities to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and facilitate transfers, trades, checks, wires and ACHs.
