Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience.
5+ years in financial services with knowledge of industry rules.
Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65).
Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
Prior supervisory experience.
Attention to detail with a mindset to improve branch efficiency.
Series 9/10 (or 8) preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding and training.
Provide work direction and resolve staff issues; escalate as needed to Complex management.
Communicate policy and procedural changes affecting branch employees.
Onboard new accounts; record securities accurately and transmit to the main office per RBC procedures.
Ensure branch cage security and restrict access to unauthorized personnel.
Build relationships with clients; facilitate funds/securities transfers, trades, checks, wires, and ACHs.
