Job summary

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients and increases in revenue.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop branch staff and recruiters.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met with high client satisfaction.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and monitor KPIs.
