Job summary

You will manage day-to-day performance, develop processes to improve KPIs, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Strong leadership and sales experience are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales/service setting.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Coach and develop branch team; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
