Job summary

You will open loan and deposit accounts, process documents, and work toward loan production and other sales goals while supporting the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree.
• Five to ten years of general business experience, one to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the retail training program required.

Responsibilities

• Profiles customers to determine financial services needs and refers customers to other Lines of Business when appropriate.
• Opens loan and deposit accounts and processes related documents.
• Achieves individual goals including loan and deposit production and other sales goals as assigned by Retail Leadership Team and / or Branch Manager.
• Provides support to Branch Manager and maintains branch service excellence.
• Performs customer service and sales activities per Branch Playbook.
• Completes NLMS requirements as part of the S.A.F.E. Act certification.
• Follows up with loans and deposit accounts opened and corrects deficiencies or document exceptions.
