Qualifications

• Successful completion of the retail training program required.
• Registration under the S.A.F.E. Act (NMLS) required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales and quality service culture at the branch and acts as coach and team leader.
• Coaches, mentors, and guides branch team members in complex tasks and personal development.
• Manages branch lending activities: interviews loan customers, processes applications, and tracks loans.
• Leads branch sales meetings, reviews goals, and maintains branch playbook execution.
• Oversees dashboard and pipeline management and monitors branch profitability and budget items.
