Job summary

Stbank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager/Personal Banker in Chester Springs, PA. The role involves profiling customers, opening loan and deposit accounts, and driving loan/deposit production while supporting the Branch Manager. Act requirements and NLMS certifications. Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) with PB training, and 5–10 years of general business experience, including some supervisory work.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree.
• Successful completion of PB requirements.
• Five to ten years of general business experience; one to two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Retail training program required.

Responsibilities

• Profiles customers to determine financial services needs and refers customers to other Lines of Business when appropriate.
• Opens loan and deposit accounts.
• Achieves individual goals including loan and deposit production and other sales goals.
• Provides support to Branch Manager.
• Coaches staff regarding S&T sales expectations and goals.
• Completes NLMS and S.A.F.E. Act certifications as required.
