Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Raleigh to lead sales and service within a retail branch. You will build a personal referral network, drive consumer banking solutions, and coach staff to achieve targets while ensuring quality and compliance in all transactions.

You will manage daily branch activity, promote cross-selling, and utilize branch technology to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
2 years of related experience required.
Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
Sales and customer service skills.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging leads and cross-selling.
Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
Assist with daily sales activity through coaching and pre-shift sales huddles and by monitoring results.
Coordinate and complete operational duties: scheduling, directing workflow, opening/closing, vault cash, and policy compliance.
Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
Support risk management and regulatory compliance per FNB policies.
