Job summary

Texans Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all sales and operational functions at the McKinney branch. You will lead and develop branch staff to provide EPIC service to members across all offered services.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a branch environment.
• 3–5 years sales/service experience in retail or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales and operational functions within the branch.
• Lead and develop branch staff to deliver EPIC service to members.
• Maintain sales/service environment and staff motivation.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and service quality.
• Coach staff through observations, 1-on-1s, and pipeline management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, BSA, and internal QC.
• Oversee branch security, training, and robbery procedures.
