Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referrals and outbound calling to identify customer financial needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB branch technology.
• Coach staff on prescribed sales activities and monitor sales results.
• Coordinate and complete branch operations tasks: scheduling, vault cash, opening/closing, and policy compliance.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
• Contribute to risk management and compliance per policy and procedures.
